Tournaments offered Monday-Thursday either 9am or 1 pm shotgun with a minimum of 100 players.

PACKAGE I $90-$100 per player
Green fee, cart fee, range balls, all professional services and $10 golf shop gift card per player. Package also includes complete Boxed Lunch consisting of choice of sandwich, bag of chips, cookie, pickle, condiments as necessary.
Food and Beverage portion of package = $12.00 per person
PACKAGE II $94-104 per player
Green fee, cart fee, range balls, all professional services, and $10 golf shop gift card per player. Package also includes a Hamburger & Hot Dog Lunch which consists of a self-serve buffet with buns, classic condiments, two side dishes, cookie, plates, napkins, utensils, iced tea & water.
Food and Beverage portion of package = $16.00 per person
PACKAGE III $95-105 per player
Green fee, cart fee, range balls, all professional services, and $10 golf shop gift card per player. Package also includes a Taco Bar with Pork and/or Chicken ($3 upcharge for both) which consists of a self-serve buffet with all the fixing, cookie, iced tea & water.

PACKAGE IV $95-105 per player
Green fee, cart fee, range balls, all professional services, and $10 golf shop gift card per player. Package also includes a Pulled BBQ Pork and/or Chicken ($3 upcharge for both) which consists of a self-serve buffet with buns, classic condiments, two side dishes, cookie, plates, napkins, utensils, iced tea & water.

Tournaments Inquiry
General Information:
All tournaments require a minimum of 100 players. However, only groups of 132 or more will close the course to other play for the day. All shotgun events are required to hold at least one food function at Ballantrae Golf Club.
Absolutely NO coolers or outside food/drink will be allowed on the property. Any alcohol not purchased from Ballantrae will be confiscated. This will be strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of the tournament organizer to inform all participants and vendors of our policy.
For all shotgun events, 66 golf carts are available. Any groups that need additional carts will pay for the rental and delivery of carts. Availability of rental carts is not guaranteed so please request these as soon as possible.
Ballantrae Golf Club will set up all on course signage and must be received in the Pro Shop at least 1 day prior to the tournament. All signs must be assembled before delivery. Signage must be claimed by each event and removed from the property at the conclusion of the event. If the signage is not claimed within 48 hours after the tournament, the signage will be assumed to be abandoned and will be discarded.
The number of players indicated on your original contract is the number considered for approval. Any changes to the initial number of players must be received 14 days in advance of the tournament.
It will be necessary to have the pairings no less than two days in advance so that scorecards and cart signs can be prepared prior to the outing. Pairing should include First and Last names, in sperate cells, in Excel format.
Payment:
No refunds will be given for the tournament deposit. All tournaments will be required to pay in full the day before their event unless prior arrangements have been made with the Operations Manager. Payment can be made by check, cash or credit card (3% fee for using credit card).
